But we'd recommend downloading the driver from http://www.americas.creative.com/support/. Simply select your card and windows version to get to the correct download.

Secondly, a file by this name is associated with a program called "PhoneCost". If you're running WIndows 98 and Internet Explorer 6 installed, you may see this error when trying to run PhoneCost:
c:\Windows\Application Data\Microsoft\Installer\{DEC.....}\_294823.exe is not a valid Win32 application.

Finally, a file by this name may be created by a Visual Studio.net installer/setup program.
