Adobe Acrobat – acroiefavclient.dll

Acroiefavclient.dll is the Adobe Acrobat IE Toolbar helper. It installs with Adobe Acrobat V6.0. It may also appear truncated to ACROIE~1.DLL. You'll probably find it in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 6.0\Acrobat\AcroIEFavClient.dll.

Version 6 of the Acrobat reader incorporates several new functions into your IE browser window including an ebook reader and the ability to play Quicktime movies and MP3 audio. This file is needed to make these offerings available via Internet Explorer so we'd recommend leaving it in place.
