ActiveToolband.dll installs as part of egis by HiTRUST. Egis can encrypt files or folders, MSN Messenger file transfers, and Microsoft Outlook email attachments. More information can be found at https://www.hitrust.com.hk/2-12_solution.htm.

Because HiTRUST is focusing on China, many of the references we've seen to this file were in Chinese. If you intentionally installed this program and use the encryption features, leave this file in place.
