AE Lookup Service – AELUPSVC.DLL

Aelupsvc.dll is Microsoft's Application Experience Lookup Service. You'll find the file in your c:\Windows\System or System32 folder. You may see it described as "AeLookupSvc". This file processes application compatibility lookup requests for applications as they are launched. Unless this file is causing you problems, we'd recommend leaving it in place.
