Realtek Audio – ALCWZRD.EXE

A file called alcwzrd.exe will appear in your Windows folder. This file installs with your Realtek AC97-based sound card. It supports your Audio Event Monitor. We've seen users who were successful in removing this file. If you opt to do so, we'd recommend going to your Startup Programs and using "disable" rather than "remove". That way if problems arise, you can easily re-enable it.
