Sophos Antivirus Update – ALMON.EXE

Almon.exe installs with antivirus products from Sophos. This file places the Sophos AutoUpdate monitor icon in the system tray. When you click on this icon, you can run or configure your autoUpdate settings. Antivirus programs can only protect you from viruses they know about, so keeping your virus definition file updated is very important.
