Anvir.exe is the executable for the AnVir Task Manager, Task Manager Pro and Security Suite Virus Destroyer. AnVir Task Manager promises "Lite Viruses Protection". It is meant to be run in combination with a full featured antivirus program. It also lets you manage active tasks and startup programs. Because you run WinPatrol, you may not need these features.
