Asussender.exe comes installed on ASUS systems as a part of ASUS Eee Utilities. It runs on boot up to launch Hotkey and SHE processes. It should run once and quit but on some systems it keeps running, initializing these processes over and over. This is undesirable on laptop or netbook systems that depend upon battery power.
