ATI Video Drivers – ATI2SGAG.EXE

ATI2SGAG installs with recent versions of drivers for ATI video cards. It can be used to test for video compatibility with video game programs. This function is also available via Control Panel then select ATI Settings. Unless this is something you do frequently, you'll probably want to remove this file from your startup list.
