Multiple Programs – ATOMCLK.EXE
There are many programs called ATOMCLK.EXE. Most offer similar functionality. Most will set your system clock based upon the Atomic Clock so that your time is always correct. This is handy as PC clocks can be bad at keeping accurate time. Some programs add frills such as a desktop or system tray clock. Here are a few examples:
Atomic Clock 7 by Broderbund places a clock in your system tray that is in sync with the Atomic Clock. More information can be found at http://www.mattelsupport.com/faq_list.asp?id=1294820246.
Another popular clock utility called ATOMCLK.EXE is by Provinio Software. More information can be found at http://www.provenio.ws/.
If you don't need your clock set, you can remove this file.
