Modem AutoDetect – AUTODECT.EXE

Autodect.exe installs with the drivers for your USB modem. By default, it runs on startup will detect if a modem is inserted. If so, it will run the proper connection manager software: 3G life Mobile Connection Manager, Omni Connect, ZAIN Connect, ZAIN E-GO, or SupportAppXL depending on your modem manufacturer and service provider. If you don't need the automatic detect feature and you don't mind launching your connection manager yourself, you can get by without this file.
