Belgian ID Smart Card Reader – BEID35GUI.EXE

Beid35gui.exe, beidservicepcsc.exe and beidservicecr1.exe will be found in your Windows\system or system32 folder. You may see them described as "eID Privacy Service". These files install with ACR/ACS Smart Card Readers needed to read Belgian's electronic identity cards. You'll find more information at http://www.belgeid.be/. If you don't live in Belgium, you should be able to get by without these files. It is possible, however, that the electronic identity card system will be adopted by the European Union.
