Boingo.exe installs with Boingo Wireless, a network of wireless Hot Spots around the world. If you've signed up for Boingo Wireless, you'll find this file in your c:\Program Files\GoBoingo\ folder. GoBoingo will launch the program and look for an available hot spot.
