Bullguard.exe is the executable for the BullGuard Antivirus and Firewall program. If you use this as your antivirus or firewall program, leave this file in place.

Antivirus programs can only protect you from viruses they know about and new ones are developed each week. You can opt to have Bullguard check daily for updates to it’s antivirus data files. If you have this option set, bulldownload.exe will also be running on your system.
