Cbsrv.exe installs with Cache Boost by Systweak. This program promises to improve system speed and stability by optimizing Windows cache management and the performance of your system under Windows NT, 2000, XP and .Net Servers. More info can be found at http://www.systweak.com/Cacheboost/.

If you want this program to manage windows caching for you, you'll need to leave this file in place. It makes sense to let it run on system startup.
