SmartCard Certificate Propagation Service – CERTPROP.DLL

Certprop.dll installs with Microsoft's SmartCard Certificate Propagation Service. You'll find this file in all versions of Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, Windows 2000 Pro, Server and Advanced Server. Smart Card certificate handling. If this file isn't causing any problems, we'd recommend leaving it in place.
