Toshiba Notebook Function Keys – CFFNCENABLER.EXE

Cffncenabler.exe comes installed on Toshiba notebook computers. It is a small utility that enables the special function keys on your notebook keyboard. If you remove this file, function (FN) keys will no longer work. So we'd recommend leaving it in place.
