Chameleon Clock – CHAMCLOCK.EXE

Chamclock.exe installs with Chameleon Clock. This replaces the clock in your system tray. It offers highly customizable clock faces, Alarms, sounds, world time, a multi-language talking clock and moon phase display. If you like this clock better than the standard windows clock, then you'll want to let this file run on startup and leave it running all the time.
