CHKFONT is a utility that installs with the ULead PHoto Express 2 SE software. This software comes bundled with many popular scanners. The file checks to make sure that your fonts are installed properly prior to scanning. This file is not required. Once your scanner is setup and working well, you may want to remove it from your startup list.
