CitiBank Virtual Card Number – CITIVANHELPER.DLL

Citivanhelper.dll and citivan.exe are part of the CitiBank Virtual Account Numbers program. This program generates a random credit card number for a single purchase. After the purchase is made, this number is discarded. This feature appears to those who want to make online purchases but don't want to give out their 'real' credit card number.
