Multiple Programs – CLI.EXE
Most commonly, a file called cli.exe installs with the ATI Technologies video cards and is part of the Ati ACE and Rage3D Catalyst control center. You'll find a full description of the Catalyst Control Center at http://www.atitech.ca/products/catalystcontrolcenter/faq.html. You can get the latest drivers for your ATI card video at http://www.ati.com/support/driver.html.
Less commonly, a file called cli.exe also installs with the Somiz Technologies Operating Environment (SOE). SOE includes a command-line interface (CLI) utility that allows the user to perform different actions using the operating systems command prompt or shell. If you have this instance of the file, you'll probably find it in your SOE\CGI-BIN folder. More information can be found in the SOE Answer book at http://answerbook.somix.com/soe/manual_ch4.html.
If you're not running an ATI video card or Somiz, a file called cli.exe may also be a command line interface that ships with some older shareware and freeware program.
