Cron.exe installs with nnCron by nnSoft of Russia. nnCron is a powerful scheduler, scripting tool and automation manager. It can be used to start programs or services, to run tasks, to restart your system, to shut down your system or to put it into sleep or hibernate mode at a specific time.
