CTCMSGO.EXE installs with MediaSource by Creative Technologies. Optimized for the Sound Blaster Audigy 2, Creative MediaSource playbacks music in DVD-Audio, MP3 and other media formats. Sophisticated EAX Advanced HD audio processing enhances music yet further with technologies like Audio Clean-Up, which removes unwanted noise from MP3s and recordings from other media, while CMSS 3D Audio lets you transform plain stereo music into glorious multichannel performances. If you don't use this media player, you don't need this file. The best way to get rid of it is to go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove programs and uninstall it from there. If you're having system resource or stability problems, it's safe to uninstall all of the software that came with your card as long as you don't delete the driver itself.
