Creative's SoundBlaster Live! Registration - CTREGRUN

CTREGRUN installs with SoundBlaster Live! cards. It pops up reminders telling you to register your SoundBlaster card. There are two ways go get rid of it. You can register the card and the file will go away. Or you can disable CTREGRUN.EXE in your startup files.
