Datamngrui.exe is the IMesh Data Manager. It installs with the Windows Searchqu toolbar. Searchqu is an adware based saerch engine and search toolbar that is affiliated with the iMesh P2P download service. We'd recommend removing this file using WinPatrol. First, kill it under Active Tasks then remove it from your Startup Programs. If using a recent version of WinPatrol, you can right click the file select 'delete file on reboot'. Finally, reboot your system.
