Virus Definition Daemon - DEFWATCH.EXE

DefWatch.exe installs with Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition. It detects out-of-date virus definitions. When found, it launches the Defwatch Wizard that downloads and installs the latest virus data. If you use Norton Antivirus, we'd recommend leaving this file in place.
