Discover.exe installs with Worm_BlueWorm.A. This worm spreads via email addressed harvested from Yahoo applications and MSN messenger. It can generate random filenames in your Windows and Windows\System or System32 folder and may also install a file called isunist in your temp folder. Files called ossmtp.dll and oswinsck.dll may also appear on your system. More info can be found at http://www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/virusencyclo/default5.asp?VName=WORM%5FBLUEWORM%2EA&VSect;=T. We'd recommend removing these files using WinPatrol. First kill them under Active Tasks then remove them from your Startup Programs and IE Helpers. If running WinPatrol 8.x or later, right click each file then select "Delete file on Reboot".

Because this is a common name, It's possible that other programs may be using it.
