Dell Communication System – DLBACOMS.EXE

Files called dlbacoms.exe, and dlbaserv.exe install with your Dell All-in-One Printer/Scanner/Copier. These files will be described as dlbc_device. These files run as services and wll be found on Dell systems with Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP. The files are described as "Dell Communication System".

Users report having successfully removed this files as long as Dell's NotifyAlert.exe is also disabled. If you opt to try this on your system, go to your Startup Programs, highlight the files then select "disable" rather than "remove". That way if problems develop, the files can be easily re-enabled.
