Microsoft IntelliType and IntelliPro – DPLAUNCH.EXE

Dplaunch.exe installs with Microsoft's Keyboards or mice that use the IntelliType Pro or IntelliPoint software. The file is primarily used as a program launcher. If you want to see it in action, Go to your start menu, click run then type this exactly (including the quotes)
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft IntelliPoint\dplaunch.exe" mouse help
Help for your Microsoft Mouse will appear. Dplaunch.exe doesn't necessarily need to be running all the time but it's not harmful to have around.
