Intel’s Network Management - DQLWINSERVICE.EXE

Dqlwinservice.exe will be found on your c:\Program Files\Common Files\Intel\IntelDH\NMS\AdpPlugins\ folder. Nmssvc.exe will be located in your Windows\System or System32 folder. These files install with the drivers for your Intel Pro network cards and are used for network configuration and management. If you run a network or if you connect to the Internet by way of your network card, leave these files in place. If you don't run a network, you can get by without them.
