Drvlsnr.exe installs with the drivers for your ADI SoundMAX integrated auto digital controller that comes on many Compaq and HP systems. You'll probably find it in C:\Program Files\Analog Devices\SoundMAX\. Compaq/HP recommends leaving this file in place.
