Dell Support – DSAGNT.EXE

Dsagnt.exe is the Dell Support Agent. it will appear in your c:\Program Files\Dell Support folder. You may see it described as "Dell Support". It is installed as part of the Dell Resolution Assistant, a component of Dell's E-support delivering direct Internet-enabled services.

Resolution Assistant enables Dell support personnel to collect, organize, diagnose and act upon relevant information about distributed systems. It also enables Dell customers to perform intelligent self-diagnosis of problems and to electronically request and receive support. While Dell strongly urges its customers to leave this enabled, it is perfectly safe to remove it. To uninstall the Dell Support Agent, go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. Highlight Dell Support Agent, Dell Resolution Assistant or Dell Solution Center and click [Change/Remove]. To remove using WinPatrol, go to your Startup Programs and disable dsagnt.exe, rxuser.exe, and rxmon.exe.
