Roxio Easy CD Creator – ENGUTIL.EXE

ENGUTIL.EXE installs with Roxio Easy CD Creator version 6.0. Roxio describes this as the Roxio Engine Utility. This program acts as a preloader of sorts, meaning that Roxio CD Creator will launch more quickly if it has been run at system startup.

Many compatibility issues are reported with this, the most common being with Windows Media player 9.x. This file can be removed. Roxio will take longer to start but if you're experiencing conflicts, it's a small price to pay.
