Exent ActiveX Control – EXENTCTL.OCX

Exentctl.ocx is an ActiveX Control that installs with the Exent Digital Rights Management for Games-in-Demand and AdMuse in-game advertising (some contend that this is adware). The latter can be found in Exent "Free-ride" games. If you remove this file, you may not be able to access the game or other software that installed it.
