G2aservice.exe and g2awinlogon.dll install with GoToAssist by Citrix. This helpdesk software promises to provide fast, easy and secure remote-support services. You'll find more information at http://www.gotoassist.com/. This software may have installed with a third party program or may have come pre-installed on a computer you purchased if the company that created it uses this as their means of product support. It should not need to be running all the time. If you don't want or need this type of support, these files can be removed using WinPatrol or "GoToAssist" can be uninstalled via Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.
