Microsoft Office Groove – GROOVEMN.EXE

Groovemn.exe installs as part of Microsoft Office Groove (found in Office 12 or later). Office Groove 2007 is a collaboration software program that helps teams work together dynamically even if team members work for different organizations, work remotely, or work offline. Grovemn.exe is a SharePoint Workspace monitor. GrooveMonitor.exe is a background task that helps with various parts of the Groove Folder Sharing synchronization (GFS). If you share data via a SharePoint server and remove these files, your GFS workspaces may not synchronize properly so we'd recommend leaving it in place.
