Transponder Host Spyware – HOST.DLL

Host.dll installs as an IE Browser Helper Object that is part of the Transponder spyware program. It monitors web page URLs that you visit and data you type into forms. It then sends this information to its home server, and opens pop-up advertisement windows. It also has the capability to update itself and install other software. The Transponder/Host are new versions released by "Better Internet". The controlling server at the time of this writing is "stop-popup-ads-now.com".
