HP Digital Imaging – HPQSTE08.EXE

Hpqste08.exe installs with many HP Digital camera and Photosmart printer conbinations. You'll probably find it in C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\Digital Imaging\bin\ folder. A file called hpqtra08.exe may also be running on your system..

These files detect when your picture card had has been inserted into the card slot on your printer. It allows you to open and access files on the card so they can be viewed or sent directly to the printer. It also lets you safely remove the card. While not absolutely required, we believe this provides very handy access to the photos on your camera card.
