HP Digital Imaging – HPQTHB08.EXE

Hpqthb08.exe installs with many HP Scanners including the ScanJet 3970 and ScanJet 8200 series. You'll probably find the file in your C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\Digital Imaging\bin\ folder.

It places an icon in your system tray that can be used to launch your HP Photo Imaging software that installed with the drivers for your scanner.
