Icon2457326b4.exe and stcenter.exe install with your Fritz! DSL Service by AVM GmbH. This program lets you manage, tweak, and diagnose problems with your DSL connection. More information (in German) can be found at http://www.avm.de/de/index.php3?Produkte/Technologie_DSL/index.html. Icon2457326b4.exe should only be needed when installing the StartCenter. If you've just done so, rebooting your system may get rid of it.
