Input Personalization Server – INPUTPERSONALIZATION.EXE

Inputpersonalization.exe is the Input Personalization Server that installs with Windows Vista by Microsoft. The Input Personalization System (IPS) new Windows Vista feature for handwriting recognition on the Tablet PC. You'll find more information at http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb265252.aspx. If you don't use handwriting recognition, you may be able to get by without this file. If you opt to try getting rid of it, we'd recommend using 'disable' rather than 'remove' in your Startup Programs. That way if problems arise, it'll be easy to re-enable the file.
