Intel Modem Driver – INTELMEM.EXE

Intelmem.exe installs with the drivers for modems based upon the Intel chipset. It is the Intel Modem Event Monitor. If you opt to try removing this file, please do so with WinPatrol. That way if you're no longer able to connect to the Internet, it's very easy to re-enable the file.
