Toshiba Bluetooth - ITSECMNG.EXE

Itsecmng.exe and tosbthsp.exe are described as the 'Toshiba Bluetooth stack'. They come installed on Toshiba Laptops with bluetooth wireless. They support the Toshiba Wireless Lan adapter installed on Portege, Satellite Pro, and Tecra systems. You'll probably find the files in your C:\Program Files\Toshiba\Bluetooth Toshiba Stack\ folder.
