J2 and eFax Messenger – J2GTRAY.EXE

A file called j2gtray.exe installs with the eFax Messenger and J2 Messenger programs by J2 Global Communications. Using these programs you can send faxes in over 45 formats. You can listen to voicemail messages. And you can organize and archive faxes, voicemail and other communications. This file places an icon in your system tray that can be used to launch the program or check on the status of incoming or outgoing faxes. A file called j2gdllcmd.exe may also appear on your system. J2gtray.exe doesn't necessarily have to be running all the time and can be removed if you never use the system tray icon. J2Gdllcmd.exe will need to be running to send or receive faxes.
