Acer Launch Manager – LAUNCHAP

A file called launchap.exe is part of the Acer Launch Manager. Files called keyhook.dll, launapp.exe, and hotkeyapp.exe may also be running on your system. This software came preinstalled on Acer desktop and notebook systems. The launch manager includes special launch keys to launch your web browser, default email program, and up to 3 other hotkeys you can program yourself. This software was first used by Acer on Windows 98 systems. If you have this instance of the file, you'll find it in c:\Program Files\Acer\Launch Manager\KeyHook.exe. If you don't use these special keys, you can remove this file.
