Lltdsvc.dll is the Link Layer Technology Map Service. It installs as part of your Windows Vista operating system and will be found in your Windows\System32 folder. This service creates a network map of connectivity information that can be accessed via your Network and Sharing Center. Microsoft recommends against disabling this file.
