LogMeIn Remote Control – LMIINIT.DLL

Files called LMIInit.dll, LogMeIn.exe, LogMeInSystray.exe and raimaint.exe install with the PC remote control service available through LogMeIn.com. LogMeIn.exe and LogMeInSystray.exe are specific to this service. Raimaint.exe also installs with multiple Remotely Anywhere, another remote control program by 3AM Labs. More information can be found at http://www.remotelyanywhere.com/.

Logmein.exe and raimaint.exe will be running whenever you're remotely controlling a PC.
