QMgr Loader - LOADQM.EXE

This is an applet used by Microsoft Messenger and/or MSN Explorer to queue messages. It's only required if you're a Microsoft Messeger or MSN Explorer user and even then it's not something that needs to be in your startup programs.

We've seen many reports on the Internet of discomfort with this program and accusations it might be sending personal information but nothing has been proved.
