Lexmark Printer Tray Icon - LXCRMON.EXE

Lxcrmon.exe installs with drivers for most Lexmark 2400 series printer. It places an icon in your system tray that you can use to check the status of your printer and to run diagnostics or maintenance. You can access these functions via your Start menu then select Programs. So if you don't need the convenience of the tray icon, this file can be removed from your startup list.
