Broadband Service Tray App – MCCITRAYAPP.EXE

Mccitrayapp.exe will appear in your c:\Program Files\btbb_wcm\ folder. The program was created by Motive Communications, Inc and it installed with your BT Broadband service. This file places an icon in your system tray that can be used to access customer service. If you don't use this icon, you can get by without this file.
